15-Day Return
All our is backed first by the manufacturer warranty. HawkExpress.com offers a limited 15-day return for all NEW, Unused product. Product must be in original condition, including the original box, packing material, contents accessories and manuals. There are a few product that will not fall under this 15-day Return guideline. Please see EXCEPTION product below.
You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the creteria below:
- Product must be in NEW, resaleable condition
- Must be in the original factory packaging/box
- All returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number (Return Request Form)
- Please include your original packing slip or invoice number, so that we can process your return faster
- A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packing material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition)
- Customer is responsible for shipping product back to our warehouse and for the shipping cost back to us
Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:
- Non Resellable/Open Box merchandise is not returnable
- Labor and/or installation services
- Intems that are abused
- Open computer software, movies, music and video games
- Toner/Printer cartridges
- Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If defective or damaged, please see specific details below.
- Refurbished items of any kind are non-returnable, and must go directly back to the manufacturer.
Cancellation fo Special Orders
Cancellations, suspensions, and changes to special orders are subject to cancellation fees plus any shipping charges incurred to us.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all products returned after the 15-day return period.
Missing Item / Damaged Product Fee
The missing item/damaged product fee will vary and is based on the cost of missing or damaged item.
Defective Merchandise
All products you buy from HawkExpress.com are backed by the manufacture's warranty. Make sure you complete and return to the manufacturer the warranty registration card provided with your product. Warranty is provided by U.S. and International manufacturers directly and not by us. NOTE: Physical damage will void all manufacturer warranty.
Damaged In Transit Items
You MUST report damaged goods to us within 3 business days of receiving the damaaged delivery. If you receive a damaged product, please call our customer service so we can begin the calim process with the logistic provider.
